If you head over to Gultekdi and look near Indira Bazaar, you’ll find us at Shop No. 7. The address says Sr No. 498, and it’s right in that busy stretch where people are always shopping for their homes. Bharat Sanatory Ware isn’t a huge showroom with fancy displays. We have toilets, sinks, and all the piping tucked into the corners and stacked along the walls. It’s a bit of a squeeze to walk through sometimes, but we manage. People come in when they have a leak or when they are finally fixing up an old bathroom. We spend a lot of time explaining how different valves work or why one pipe is better than another for a specific job. It is mostly local contractors and homeowners from around the bazaar who drop by. The floor is usually covered in a bit of grit from the boxes, and the air smells like plastic and ceramic. We’ve been in this spot for a good while, so we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a regular shop run by regular people. We don't use any high-pressure tactics or fancy talk. You just tell us what's broken or what you’re building, and we see what we have in the back that might fit. It’s a practical business, and we like the rhythm of the bazaar and the people who make it their living there.
