You can find our office at Suram Society in Kanchannagar, which is along the Bhaigwan Road in Baramati. We are quite close to the MSEB office, so that’s a good landmark if you’re trying to find us. We work for Indian Seamless Metal Tubes, mostly handling things from this local branch in the Pune district. The office is pretty basic. It has everything we need to get through the day, like a few sturdy desks and some old filing cabinets. We don’t really do much to decorate the place; it’s more about getting the work done than looking pretty. There’s always someone coming or going, usually related to the tube manufacturing or logistics side of things. It can get a bit loud with the traffic from Bhaigwan Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We take our tea breaks together when we can, and there’s a small shop nearby that makes a decent snack. We aren't a high-pressure corporate office. It’s more of a place where we know each other's names and families. We just try to keep things moving and stay on top of the orders that come in. It’s a solid, practical place to work, and we like being part of the Baramati community. Sometimes we stay a bit later to finish up the logs, but nobody really minds the extra time spent in the office.
