We are over at Flat No 5 in the Usha Apartments. It is part of the Bharat-Kunj Housing Society No 2, which is a quiet enough place most days. You’ll find us near the New Karnataka area. Working under India Land & Properties Ltd/Cade Realty Pvt.Ltd (Americorp Group means we spend our days looking at property files and talking to people about land. It isn't a glamorous job, but we like the neighborhood. The office is tucked away in a residential-style building, so it feels more like a home than a big corporate tower. We have a small team here. Sometimes we are out on site visits, and other times we are just here catching up on emails. Plot No 57 is where we usually are from morning until evening. We’ve had neighbors ask what we do, and we just tell them we handle real estate matters. There is no need to make it sound more complicated than it is. We appreciate the people who stop by with real questions. It’s a practical setup we have. We keep the files organized and try to stay on top of the local market changes without making a big deal out of it. It can get a bit messy with all the maps and property deeds, but we know where everything is. If you're in the society area, that's where you'll find our little office.
