Indage Hotels

We are Indage Hotels and you can find us at Chateau Indage on the road between Pune and Nashik. It’s a bit of a famous spot because of the name, but for us, it’s just where we come to work every morning. The drive out here is actually quite nice, especially when the weather is clear. The building has its own look, sitting there on the highway. We spend our time managing the hotel side of things, which means there is always a guest with a question or something that needs fixing. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes it’s just checking schedules or making sure the supplies arrived from Pune. We have a mix of staff from both cities. The atmosphere is a bit different from a city hotel because we are out here in the Nashik area. It feels a bit more open. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk when we’re working. We just try to make sure everything is clean and people have what they need. Some days are slow and we just sit around the office area, and other days are a total rush with people coming through. It’s just the way the hotel business goes. We’ve been here for a long time and the building has its own little quirks and old corners, but it’s home for us.
