Incode Research & Creations Private Limited

Incode Research & Creations Private Limited is based in Pune, specifically in the Erendwane Gaothan area. We’re located in the Garden View Complex on the first floor, across Survey Numbers 23 and 27 to 39. This part of Pune is quite lively, and our office overlooks some of the local activity on the street. We do a mix of research and creative projects, which means the office is often a bit of a mess with prototypes and printouts. It’s not a sterile corporate environment at all. We have a few desks pushed together and some old chairs that have seen better days but are still comfortable enough. Erendwane is a great spot because there are plenty of small cafes nearby where we can talk through ideas over coffee. We aren't a big firm, just a group of people who like building things and figuring out how they work. The "Research & Creations" part of our name really just means we spend a lot of time experimenting. Sometimes things work out, and sometimes they don't, but that's just part of the process. We’ve been in this building for some time now, and the neighbors are mostly other small businesses and families. It feels like a very normal Pune workspace. We don’t use fancy jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just enjoy the work and the challenge of coming up with something new in our little corner of the Garden View Complex every single day.
