inception

Our office is located in Gera Trinity Towers, right behind Eon IT Park in Kharadi. We are up on the 11th floor, in unit 1101. It’s a busy part of Pune with all the tech companies around, but we keep to ourselves mostly. Inception is just a small group of us who enjoy the process of creating things from scratch. We’ve been in this building for a bit now. You can see a lot of the area from our windows, which is nice when we need a break from the screens. The work we do is pretty grounded. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress people with fancy talk. It’s about the plans and the details. We spend a lot of time arguing over small things in a drawing to make sure it’s right before it goes out. It’s not a shiny corporate office. We have our books, our computers, and probably way too many pens lying around. Kharadi is a good place to be because everything is developing so fast. We see new buildings going up all the time. Our routine is pretty standard. We get in, check our emails, and get back to the projects on the table. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up fast. It’s just how the job goes in this industry. We don't really do marketing. Most people find us because they heard about us from someone else. It's just simple, honest work in a busy city.
