We are out in the Talegoan Industrial Area. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we are right near the General Motors plant, so it’s easy to find once you get into the zone. Ina Bearings India Pvt. Ltd. deals with bearings and mechanical parts for machines. It’s a very industrial environment here. There are big machines, the smell of grease, and a lot of metal everywhere you look. It isn't a small shop; it’s more of a proper facility, but we try to keep a regular, down-to-earth atmosphere. The people working here are mostly locals from the Talegoan area. We spend our shifts making sure the parts are moving and the orders are going out to the factories that need them. It gets pretty noisy on the floor when everything is running. We don't have a fancy lobby with plants and sofas. It’s a workplace. We wear uniforms and get our hands dirty. Being near General Motors means there is always something happening on the road outside. Trucks are constantly moving. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s a good location for what we do because all the other industrial players are right here too. We don't talk much about things like innovation; we just make sure the bearings are right and the delivery is on time. It is basic, hard work, and that is how we like it in Talegoan. We just do the job and head home.
