In Arch Design

This small office in Sadashiv Peth is where we spend most of our time these days. It’s tucked away near Narsinh Tekri on the R T O Road at Warasia 1. The space is usually filled with rolls of paper, old blueprints, and far too many coffee mugs that should have been washed yesterday. We’ve been doing design work here for a bit, mostly focused on local projects that come our way through neighbors or friends. It’s not a large studio, just a few desks pushed together and some computers that hum a bit too loudly when they’re working hard on a big file. We spend a lot of time staring at drawings and trying to figure out how to make things fit into tight spaces without it looking cramped. The neighborhood is lively, which is nice when we need a break from the screen and just want to walk down the street for a snack. We don't really do the whole corporate thing with suits or big presentations. Usually, it’s just a casual chat over some messy sketches to see what might actually work for a project. Sometimes we get stuck on a tiny detail for hours, going back and forth until it looks right to us. The shelves are overflowing with samples of tiles and wood finishes that we’ve collected over the years. It’s a bit disorganized, but we know where everything is. Being at Warasia 1 means we are close to the RTO, so there’s always people moving about outside.
