We are located in the Maur Sumit Complex, specifically Office No. 2 on the first floor. It is in Kasarwadi, right on the Mumbai-Pune Road. Being above the Akash Hotel is helpful because we can just go downstairs for a quick meal. The road outside is always loud with trucks and cars going between the two cities. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s good exercise. Our office is small and filled with samples of different tools. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers and customers. It’s not a fancy place with carpets or anything. We have some metal desks and a few chairs for visitors. The windows get a bit of soot from the highway traffic, so we have to clean them often. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle the orders and the shipping. It’s a lot of coordination to make sure the right tool gets to the right factory. Sometimes we stay late when a big shipment is coming in. We don't have a mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some notes. It’s a practical business where we focus on the items we have in stock. We like being in Kasarwadi because it’s easy for people to reach us.
