Imperial Construction Co.

We are based out of Pune, specifically in the Kondhwa Khurd area at Opel Flora. Imperial Construction Co. has its office at 101, which is right in the Kausar Baug neighborhood. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve seen it grow quite a bit over the years. Our day-to-day involves a lot of site visits and paperwork. We aren't a giant firm with glass towers; we’re just local people working in the building industry. Usually, the office is full of blueprints and samples. We spend a lot of time talking to vendors and checking on how things are moving at different locations. Maharashtra is a big place for building right now, and we stay busy with our projects around the 411 048 zip code. It’s hard work, often dusty and loud, but that’s just how construction goes. We like being in Kausar Baug because it's central for us. People sometimes drop by to ask about materials or just to chat about a project they have in mind. We keep things pretty informal. There’s no big corporate hierarchy here, just the guys who know how to get things built. We try to be fair and do a decent job on every site we manage. It's about showing up and doing the work. It's a solid living and we enjoy seeing the finished buildings.
