Our office is located in Kothrud, near the Vinayaka Circle area and the Vighnaharta building. We are quite close to the PMT depot on Paud Road, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming in for interviews. We handle HR and recruitment, which mostly means we spend our entire day on the phone or reading through stacks of resumes. It is a lot of talking and trying to figure out if someone is the right fit for a job. The Bhusari Colony area is a good place to work, though the traffic near the depot can be a bit much during rush hour. We have a small setup here in Anekal Taluk and the atmosphere is pretty casual. We don't use those complicated HR systems that feel cold. We just try to have real conversations with the people who walk through our door. Sometimes we have a lot of positions to fill at once and the office gets really hectic, with people waiting in the hallway. Other times it is quiet and we catch up on all the filing. We’ve had some people stay with us for years, and others just pass through, which is just the nature of this business. We are just a local team trying to help businesses find the staff they need without making it more complicated than it has to be.
