I.M.Patel

We are based out of Flat No. 109 in Shalimar Heights. This is located at S.No.49/2 in Mithanagar, which is part of the Kondhwa Khurd area in Pune. The I.M. Patel name is what people look for when they come up the stairs or take the lift. It’s a typical Pune apartment building, so there’s always something going on in the hallways. Our office is just one of the flats converted for work. We have a view of the street, which is usually packed with cars and bikes. It can get a bit loud, but we’re used to it. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and shelves full of files. We don't have any fancy signs or neon lights. It’s just 411048 on the postal address. We handle our daily business here, mostly paperwork and talking to clients on the phone. The space is a bit tight, especially when we have more than three or four people inside, but we make it work. It’s a practical location for us because it’s right in the middle of everything in Kondhwa. we don't spend money on decorating or making things look polished. We just want to make sure the accounts are right and the mail goes out on time. It’s a small, local operation, and we like the fact that it feels like a real part of the neighborhood.
