We operate out of B/No.8/ East, Westland, O.F.K. Jabalpur. Our address is in Mp.05, and that is where we do all the work for Il&Fs Property Management Services Ltd. It’s not a fancy business center. It’s just a practical office that serves our needs. We manage several properties in this part of Jabalpur. A lot of our time is spent making sure the basics are covered. That means checking on the security guards, making sure the water supply is fine, and keeping the gardens from getting overgrown. It’s simple work, but it takes a lot of time to do it right. We are a small group of people. We don't have a lot of corporate polish. If you call us, you’ll likely talk to one of the same three or four people every time. We like it that way because we actually know the properties we are talking about. Sometimes the weather in Madhya Pradesh makes maintenance a challenge, especially during the heat of summer. We just do our best to keep things functional. The office is usually a bit of a mess with maintenance schedules and old receipts, but we know where everything is. We aren't looking to be the biggest company in India. We just want to make sure the buildings in our care are looked after properly. It’s honest, local work and we’ve been doing it for a while.
