We handle buildings and flats here in Pune at the Suvarnrekha Apartment complex. It's mostly paperwork, looking after maintenance, and making sure the utilities are running. The office is right here on Plot No. 2. We've been at this for a while now. Some days are busy with tenants calling about leaks or electrical stuff. Other days we just sit and sort out the rent accounts. It's not fancy work but someone has to do it so the place stays in good shape. People come by the office when they have questions about their leases. We try to keep things organized. Usually, there's a lot of coming and going in this part of Maharashtra. We deal with the local contractors when something breaks. It’s just us doing the daily grind. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk but we get through it. We aren't a huge team, just enough to keep the lights on and the building handled properly. You can find us at 119/3 if you need to drop off a form or talk about the property stuff. It’s a bit noisy with the traffic outside sometimes. We just focus on what needs fixing today. That's pretty much how it goes here in Pune. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist in a suit. It is just a desk and some chairs where we get the management work done. We know the local repairmen by name and they know us. It makes things easier.
