Our office is located at 302, Bhaktidham Society in Kasarwadi, Pune. We are really close to the Kasarwadi railway crossing, which is the easiest way to describe where we are. You can often hear the trains going by throughout the day, and it just becomes a sort of background noise that we don't even notice anymore. Iei Pvt Ltd and Saet Group share this space together. It’s an apartment-style office, which makes the whole atmosphere feel a bit more relaxed than those big glass towers you see in places like Hinjewadi. We’ve got a small, dedicated team here. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge with magazines and music. If you walk in, you’ll probably just see us at our desks working on our computers. We like the Kasarwadi area because it’s well-connected for travel, even if the railway crossing can get a bit jammed with traffic during the peak morning and evening hours. The building itself is just a normal society building where people live. We know the neighbors and the security guard at the gate. We don’t have any big corporate mission statements or posters on the wall. We just focus on the specific work we have in front of us for the day. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot to do, and other times we head out early. It’s a very practical way to work. We’ve been here long enough that it feels like home to most of us who work here every day.
