If you manage to reach that shop, you’re basically standing at our doorstep. We’ve been in this part of Pune for quite some time now. Nigadi is a bit of a distance from the main city center, but it’s a good, solid spot for the kind of work we do. Our workshop and office space aren't fancy at all. There’s usually a bit of noise from the tools being used and the traffic passing through Ankush Chowk. We don't have one of those polished front offices with a secretary. Instead, you’ll find us in the back surrounded by parts and various pieces of equipment. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We mostly deal with people who know exactly what they need, so we don't waste time on sales pitches or brochures. The staff here has been with us for years, so everyone knows exactly what needs to happen every day. We start early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we work until the day's tasks are finished. It gets a bit dusty and sometimes it's messy, but it’s real, honest work.
