Our Pune office is located in Flat No. 206 of the Asiyana Co-Operative Society. It’s right in the Salisbury Park area near Market Yard. Being in a residential society gives the office a different feel than a typical commercial building. At Ideb Projects Pvt. Ltd., we’ve found this setup works well for our small team in Maharashtra. It’s a bit more personal here. We have a kitchen where we make our own tea and sometimes share a meal. The work involves a lot of documentation and keeping track of various project milestones. The rooms are filled with folders and technical drawings. Since it is an apartment-style office, it feels quite cozy, though it can get a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don't have a receptionist or a big lobby. If the doorbell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes and opens it. We like being in Salisbury Park because it’s a nice area of the city with 411 040 as the pin. We aren't looking to be the biggest or flashiest office in town. We just want to get our tasks done correctly and on time. It is a low-key environment where we focus on the practical side of our projects. People around the society know us as the quiet group on the second floor who just keeps their heads down and works.
