Our place is in Pune, tucked away in Sukhawani Residency. We are in Flat No. 17 of the Shrinidhi Society, located in Adinathnagar, Bhojapur. It’s a bit of a mouthful to say the address, but it’s a good spot for Ideb Project Pvt.Ltd. Being in a residential area like this keeps things a bit more relaxed than the city center. We operate out of Pune 39 and it works well for us. The office is basically a flat that we’ve converted into our working space. We have our desks set up in the different rooms. It feels more personal that way. We spend a lot of our time focusing on project details and making sure everything is lined up. There’s always someone coming or going. It’s not a formal environment at all. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal people. No corporate jargon here. We just handle the projects that come to us and try to do a solid job. Sometimes the neighborhood is quiet, and other times there's a lot of activity outside. We’ve got our rhythm down though. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way because we can actually talk to each other without sending a hundred emails. We just get on with it. It’s a practical way to run things, and the location in Bhojapur is convenient for most of us who work here. We just focus on the daily tasks.
