We’re located in Pune, over at Senapati Bapat Marg. Our office is actually Flat No. 1 in the Senapati Bapat Housing Society. It’s a quiet enough spot considering how busy the main road can get outside. Ideb Project Management Service Pvt Ltd is the name on the door. We do a lot of management work for different projects, so there’s always a lot of coordination happening here. Being in a housing society makes the office feel a bit more like a home than a workplace, which we actually prefer. We have our meetings around a simple table and keep the coffee going all day. Pune 16 is a good area to be in. We’ve got everything we need close by. It’s mostly just us looking at spreadsheets and talking to contractors or clients. We don’t go for anything too flashy. The walls have some charts and calendars pinned up to help us stay on track with our dates. It gets pretty busy around here, especially in the mornings when everyone is starting their day. We’ve been in this flat for a while and it suits us just fine. No fancy reception desk or marble floors here. Just real people doing real work. We try to be practical about how we handle things. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication, but we’re used to it by now. Just a local Pune business doing its bit. We try to keep it honest and stay on top of the work.
