If you head over to the Ramtekdi Industrial Estate in Hadapsar, you will find us at number 14/109. We are right near DB Power Electronics, which is a good landmark because people often get lost in these winding industrial lanes. We have a workshop called Ideal Diamond Products Pvt. Ltd. where we deal with diamond tools and industrial parts. It is not the kind of place where you find jewelry or anything like that. It is more about hard work and precise cutting. The floor is usually covered in a bit of dust and the machines make a steady rhythm all day long. We started out small and just kept adding a machine here and there as we needed them. The air gets pretty warm in the afternoons, especially when all the equipment is running at once. We have a small area where we keep the finished stock and a couple of desks for the paperwork that never seems to end. Most of the guys here have been working with these materials for a long time and they can tell if a piece is right just by the sound it makes against the grinder. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we are too busy making things. It’s a practical space for practical work. We just show up, do the machining, pack the orders, and send them out to whoever needs them that week.
