We spend a lot of our time here at Anchor House in Lulla Nagar. It's a pretty busy part of Pune, especially around Sahani Sujan Park. Ics Smartagri is where we handle all our day-to-day stuff. Most mornings start with a quick check on the latest tech we are working on for the farm sector. It’s not always glamorous work, mostly just keeping the computers running and talking to people who need help with their crops. Vinay Joshi’s place is easy to find if you know the neighborhood well. The traffic around Kondhawa can get a bit much in the evenings, but we’re used to it by now. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we try to figure out better ways for farmers to manage their land using modern tools. Some days we are out in the field, and other days we are just sitting here at the desks answering calls. It gets quite warm in the afternoons, so the fan is always going. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while and like being close to the local markets. It feels like a real community here. You see the same faces every day at the tea stall nearby. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big fuss about it. That's pretty much how we operate every week.
