Icga Foundation

Our office is called Bhageerath, and it’s located at Vetal Chowk, 402E on Senapati Bapat Road. It’s a pretty well-known road in Pune, so finding us isn't too hard once you get to the chowk. Icga Foundation has been in this building for a bit now. It’s an older place, but it has character. We have some desks set up and a lot of books and papers scattered around. It’s not the neatest office you’ll ever see, but we know where everything is. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big meetings with slides. We just sit around the table and talk about what needs to be finished by the end of the week. The traffic on Senapati Bapat Road can be quite loud in the evenings, but we’ve gotten used to it. Sometimes we have to close the windows to hear each other. We are just regular people working on local stuff. We don't have a big budget for fancy things. Most of our furniture was donated or bought second-hand. It works fine for what we do. If you stop by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and going over the latest projects. We like being part of the Vetal Chowk community. It’s a busy spot, but it feels like the heart of the area to us. We just keep working away at our own pace without needing much.
