Ic Semiconductors

Our office for Ic Semiconductors is at C4/3, Rakshalekha, right in the heart of Koregaon Park. It’s a bit of a change of pace compared to the more industrial parts of Pune, with all the trees and the quieter lanes. The building we’re in is a residential-style place converted for work, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office building. We deal with semiconductors, which sounds complicated, but for us, it’s just the daily routine of checking specs and looking at small parts under the light. The workspace is filled with computers and testing kits, and there’s always a faint hum of electronics in the background. We aren't the type to have big meetings every hour; usually, everyone just sticks to their desk and gets on with it. Sometimes we have to deal with the parking situation on the street, which can be a bit of a mess during the weekends, but during the week, it’s not so bad. We get a lot of sunlight through the windows in the afternoon, which makes the place feel a bit more open. There’s a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle, and that’s usually where you’ll find someone taking a break. It’s a straightforward environment without any of that corporate fluff you see in the big tech parks. We just focus on the chips and the data and try to keep things running smoothly without making too much noise about it.
