We are located in Pune, specifically at B-64 in the Woodland Apts in Kothrud. It’s more of a residential-style setup, which actually makes it a bit more comfortable than some of those giant offices in the city. Ibm India has been using this space for a while now. Kothrud is a nice area, fairly quiet compared to the main center, but still has everything you need nearby. The apartment itself has been converted into our workspace. It’s got a bit of a lived-in feel, with old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We mostly deal with software stuff and administrative tasks here. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names. We don’t have a receptionist or anything like that; you just kind of come in and find who you’re looking for. Sometimes the neighbors in the other apartments stop to chat in the hallway. We like the pace of things here. It’s not about being the biggest or the loudest. We just focus on our specific projects and try to keep things moving along. Usually, there's a pot of tea on the stove and someone is complaining about the traffic on the way in. It’s a very grounded way to work, and it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. There is always plenty of it to go around every single week.
