Iapen India Association For Parenteral

We are located in Pune, specifically over in Pimple Gurav. Our office is at Survey Number 8/1 in Omkar Colony, right on Lane Number 1. It’s a pretty typical residential area, so it’s usually quiet during the day. We are the Iapen India Association For Parenteral. The name is a bit of a mouthful, but we just focus on our specific area of work. We aren’t in one of those shiny IT parks you see in other parts of Pune. We’ve got a simple setup here in the colony. It’s easy for us to get to, and it keeps our costs down. Most of our time is spent on administrative tasks and coordinating with people across India. It involves a lot of emails and phone calls. Sometimes we have small meetings in the office, but mostly it’s just the core staff here. The lane is narrow, so parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we manage. We like the vibe of Pimple Gurav; it feels like a real neighborhood. There’s a tea shop nearby where we often end up talking about work. We don’t have a big corporate culture. It’s more like a group of people who know their jobs and get on with them. We’ve been at this address for a while and the locals know who we are. It’s just a practical place to run an association and we don't try to make it sound more exciting than it actually is.
