We are tucked away in Kothrud, right in the Ashlesha Apartment complex. If you know Pune, you know that Karve Road is always humming with traffic and people going about their day. Our unit, A6, is right across from Sangam Press, so it’s easy enough to find if you’re looking for it. It’s not a huge factory floor, but rather a functional space where we manage everything. The office has that lived-in feel, with blueprints and metal samples scattered around the tables. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working with the smaller clamp components that we keep in stock. It gets a bit cramped when a big shipment comes in, but we’ve learned how to move around the boxes. Most of the staff has been here for years, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit around us. There’s a tea shop just down the street where we usually go for a break in the afternoon. It's a simple operation, really. We don't spend money on fancy decor or expensive marketing brochures. We just show up, do the work, and make sure the orders are packed correctly before the courier arrives. Sometimes the parking out front is a nightmare, but that’s just part of being in this part of Pune. We like the location because it’s central, even if the building is a bit older than some of the new towers nearby.
