We are located at Shop A2 in the Siddhamuni Residential Complex, specifically in Building A on Pune Road. It’s a handy spot because being right on the main road makes it easy for people to spot us when they are passing by. Hwsh Opportunities Private Limited is the name we have on the official paperwork. The space we have is more of a storefront than a typical office, which means we get a lot of natural light coming in through the front. It’s a modest setup with a few desks and a place to sit if someone comes in for a chat. We don't really do the whole corporate makeover thing, so the walls are mostly bare and the furniture is just what we found that worked. Most of our day is spent handling different opportunities that come our way, which involves a lot of reading and making calls. It can get a bit dusty with the road being so close, so we are always wiping down the tables. We are just regular people working here, and we don't try to sound more important than we are. There’s no big mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs to be done, and try to keep things moving forward. It’s a simple, local business feel, and that’s exactly how we like it. We know the neighbors and the people who run the shops nearby, which makes the days go by a bit faster.
