You can find Hutaib Elecricals located on Laxmi Road in the Siddharth Nagar area. Our shop number is 449. If you know Laxmi Road at all, you know it is one of the busiest and most crowded streets you can find in the city. There is always someone walking by the window or a scooter honking its horn nearby. We have a small shop that is completely filled up with all kinds of electrical supplies and hardware. We do not really bother with fancy window displays or colorful lights to attract people. We just put the actual stock out on the shelves where people can see what we have. It is a family-run kind of place and very casual. I usually sit at the front counter while my nephew helps the customers find exactly what they are looking for in the back. It gets quite hot in here during the summer months, so we usually have a couple of old fans running all the time. We are not trying to be a big chain store or anything like that. We just like being part of this neighborhood. A lot of our customers have been coming to us for many years for their basic bulbs and wiring needs. We know most of their names and what they usually buy. Sometimes we run out of a specific item and have to wait for the delivery truck to fight its way through the heavy traffic.
