Hrudaysparsh Foundation

Hrudaysparsh Foundation is located in Bhekarainagar, which is a bit of a walk from the main parts of Pune. We are in Flat A2/102 at Namdev Rukari Baug. It’s a residential building, so it feels more like a home than an office. We decided to start the foundation because we felt like there were things missing in our local area that someone needed to take care of. Most of us involved here have known each other for years. We grew up in the same streets or worked together at some point. The flat is usually quiet during the day, but it picks up in the evening when everyone gets back from their regular jobs. We handle a lot of the work on our laptops while sitting on the floor or around the kitchen table. It’s very informal. We don’t have fancy brochures or a marketing team. If someone needs help, they usually just call us or knock on the door. We do what we can with the little time and money we have. Bhekarainagar is a growing place, and there is always something that needs fixing or someone who needs a hand. We just try to be there when it happens. It’s not a complicated story, just a few neighbors trying to be useful. We like the way things are going, even if it’s slow. Most people in SNO 177 know where to find us.
