Hr Remedy India

Our office, Hr Remedy India, is located at Apex Archese, number 23, right in the Bopodi area along the Mumbai-Pune Highway. Being so close to the highway means there is a constant hum of traffic outside, which you just get used to after a week. Khadki is a busy part of Pune, and we are right in the thick of it. The building itself is okay, nothing too special, just a regular commercial space where a few different businesses are located. We do recruitment and general HR work here. It’s usually a bit of a rush in the mornings when everyone is trying to get into the office and the traffic is peaking. We have a few desks and some old chairs for people who come in to wait. Most of our work is done over the phone or through the computer, looking for candidates and talking to companies that need staff. It’s not a very quiet place because of the road, but we keep the windows shut to block out some of the noise. On rainy days, the highway gets even more chaotic, and some of us might get in a bit late. We aren't a huge corporation with hundreds of employees; we are just a small team trying to keep things organized. It’s a practical setup that works for what we do. We grab snacks from the local shops when we need a break.
