Hr & Admin. Assistant

I work as an HR and Admin Assistant in a place called Newari. It’s located in the Kadegaon Taluka within the Sangli district. My job is pretty straightforward, mostly handling the day-to-day administrative needs and looking after the HR records for the business. Since we are in a smaller area like Newari, the way we work is a bit more personal than what you might find in a big city. I don't have a giant office or a whole team of people under me. It’s mostly just me making sure the files are organized and that everyone's paperwork is being processed like it should be. I spend a lot of time on the phone or working through spreadsheets on my computer. We don't really do any of that fancy marketing or try to make the business sound bigger than it is. It’s just a local operation where we try to be efficient and helpful. Sangli is a nice district to work in, and being in the Kadegaon Taluka means I get to interact with a lot of local people. Sometimes the work can be a bit repetitive, like filing or data entry, but it’s all part of keeping the office running. I try to keep things simple and avoid any complicated business language. It’s just about doing a good job every day and making sure nothing gets lost in the shuffle. That’s how I’ve always approached my work here.
