Hpi Infrastructure (Opc) Private Limited is based in Pune, specifically in the Bavdhan area. We are located at Rohit Nagar, and the address is a bit long to write out, but it's House Number 3/2/1. It’s a decent spot in a growing part of town. We’ve seen Bavdhan change quite a bit over the last few years. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we get the work done. We handle infrastructure projects, and as an OPC, it’s a fairly tight operation. There’s a lot of paper shuffling and coordination that goes on here every day. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays relatively quiet during the day, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on complicated plans. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Pune or anything. We just want to do a good job on the projects we take on. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out for a bit, but that’s just life here. We don't have a big glossy brochure or a sales team. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in casual clothes, just working through the daily tasks. It’s a simple setup, and that’s the way we like to keep it while we grow the business and handle our various site requirements.
