Hos Logistics

We are situated near the Chas Kaman area in Rajgurunagar, which is part of Pune district. Hos Logistics is our name and we have a small setup here. It is a beautiful part of the country with the hills and the water nearby. The work we do is pretty basic. We manage the flow of goods coming in and out of the post. It is not a high-pressure corporate office. We wear regular clothes and speak plainly. Most days are spent checking inventory or talking to the transporters. The roads can be winding and narrow so we have to stay alert. We have a few people on the team who have been here since the start. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather or the local news. It is a very human way of doing business. We don't have a mission statement hanging on the wall. We just want to make sure the day ends with everything in its right place. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity but we just work around it. It is a quiet life for the most part. We like being away from the noise of the big city. It feels more real to work like this. We are just part of the local fabric here in Chas Kaman. It is just about getting through the day's list without any trouble.
