Our place, Honeywell Turbo Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd., is out at Plot No 4A in the Raisoni Industrial Estate. It’s located in Village Maan, which is right near Hinjewadi Phase II. If you’ve ever been to Hinjewadi, you know it’s a long commute for most people. The industrial estate is full of different plants and warehouses. Ours is a solid building where we get a lot of work done. It’s not a quiet office; there’s usually some kind of activity or noise going on. We have a lot of space for our equipment and the team. Plot 4A is where we spend the bulk of our time. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have fancy art on the walls or designer chairs. It’s built for the kind of work we do. Being near Phase II means there’s a lot of growth around us. We’ve seen more buildings go up every year. Honeywell Turbo Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. has been part of this landscape for a good while. The roads around Village Maan can be a bit rough, but we’re used to it. Inside, everyone has their spot and knows what they need to do. It’s a straightforward way to spend the day. We’re just one of the many companies out here in the estate, keeping busy and staying focused on the tasks at hand. It is a lot of hard work.
