Over at Bf-2, Pingle Wasti on Mundwa Road, that’s where you’ll find our Pune branch. Honeywell Automation India Limited, Pune has been set up here for a good while. Mundwa Road can get pretty packed with traffic, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of vehicles passing by all day. Our setup is pretty simple. We don't go in for anything flashy. We have a few rooms where we manage the automation projects and handle the day-to-day operations. It’s the kind of place where people wear comfortable shoes because there’s usually a bit of moving around to do. We handle the technical side of things, making sure that automation systems are configured and working properly. It's not the kind of job where you see immediate results like a baker or a carpenter, but it's important work nonetheless. The team here is a mix of people who have been around for years and some newer faces too. We drink a lot of chai and talk about the latest project hurdles. Pune is a great city to be in, and being in the Pingle Wasti area makes it easy for us to get around when we need to. We don't spend much time writing fancy reports about our goals; we just look at what needs to be finished today and get to it. It’s a straightforward way to run things, and it works for us.
