Honai Constructions

We are Honai Constructions and our office is located at 137/2, House No. 386 in Pune. We are right near the Swami Samartha Mandir in Warje Malwadi. If you are from the area, you probably know the temple well. It makes it very easy for people to find us. We have been working out of this house for a long time now. It is a simple place, not one of those big modern buildings you see in the city center. We like it this way because it feels more like home. We spend most of our time out at building sites around Pune, but this is where we do all our planning and paperwork. The traffic in Warje Malwadi can get a bit much during the day, but we are used to it. We are just a local team trying to build things the right way. We do not have any fancy brochures or a team of people to sell you things. Usually, you just talk to one of us directly. We use everyday English and do not try to sound more important than we are. House No. 386 is where everything starts for us. We just take it one project at a time and try to stay busy. It is a good life and we like being part of this community. That is basically who we are and what we do here.
