We are based in Pune, over at 205, Phatakwada Co-Op.Hsg. Society. It’s a bit of an older building, but it has a lot of character. Being in the 411 002 area means we are right in the thick of things in Maharashtra. Home Developers has been operating from this room for a while. It’s not a huge office, just a regular space with some old wooden desks and chairs that have seen better days. We like it though. It feels real. The society members are all pretty friendly, and there’s always someone chatting in the corridors. We don't have a big corporate lobby. You just walk up to the second floor and find us at number 205. The windows look out over the street, so we see all the daily commotion of Pune life. It can be quite distracting when something interesting happens outside, but we try to stay focused. We handle the daily tasks, the phone calls, and the endless paperwork that comes with this kind of work. It’s a straightforward job and we don’t try to make it sound like more than it is. We are just local people working in a local building. Sometimes the power goes out, or the water is a bit slow, but that’s just part of being in an older part of the city. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else really. It’s home to us and it works for what we need to get done.
