Holostik (India) Ltd is based at 29/A/12/6 on Sinhagad Road. We’re in the Jagdamba Apartment building. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because it’s a mix of where people live and where they work. Sinhagad Road is almost always busy, especially in the mornings and evenings when everyone is commuting. Our office is a bit tucked away, so it stays relatively quiet compared to the main road. We don’t have a massive lobby or any of those fancy corporate features. It’s just a set of rooms where we handle our business. We’ve got shelves full of samples and desks covered in papers. Most of our staff have been around for quite a while, so there’s a friendly, familiar atmosphere. We don't spend much time worrying about how things look; we care more about getting the work done correctly. Sometimes we all grab lunch from the local stalls nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have big slogans or a marketing team telling us what to say. We just deal with the daily tasks of Holostik and try to keep everything on track. The apartment building setup means we see our neighbors frequently, which adds to the local feel. It’s not a typical high-rise office experience, but it suits us just fine. We just keep our heads down and focus on the day-to-day operations without any fuss.
