You can find us at Sushmanjali Apt, right in Flat No 401. We are located at Sno 28/1/33, which is directly opposite the Savitribai Fhule PCMC Garden in Pimple. It is actually a nice spot because of the garden nearby, it makes the walk to the office a bit better. Hohs Realty Private Limited is what we call the business. We deal with real estate stuff every day. The office is not huge, just a regular flat where we keep all our files and maps. Sometimes the parking downstairs gets a bit crowded because of the park visitors, but we manage. Working in the realty sector here in Pimple means we see a lot of people looking for homes or selling their old ones. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting people at different sites. The garden across the street is a good landmark for people trying to find us. Usually, there is a lot of paperwork piled up on the main table. We try to keep things simple and just talk to people like normal humans. Buying or selling property can be a big headache, so we just try to help out where we can. It is a local business and we live nearby too, so we know the neighborhood inside out. The building is older but it is sturdy and suits us just fine for now. It stays cool enough during the summer months here.
