Our office is situated at Plot No.63 in Mumbai. It is a bit of a busy industrial area, so there is always the sound of trucks and machinery in the background. S.K Mittal is the name people usually look for when they are trying to find our gate. We have been here at Hnb Engineers for years. The space is not very big, but it serves us well enough for the engineering work we do. We have a few drafting tables and some computers that have seen better days. The walls are painted a dull cream color and they could probably use a new coat, but we never seem to find the time. Mumbai rain can be quite a challenge, especially when the water starts to pool up near the entrance, but we just put down some bricks and keep moving. We aren't the type of people to sit in long meetings with fancy presentations. We prefer to just look at the drawings and figure things out on the spot. Our team is small and we all know each other's families. There is a small kettle in the corner for making tea, and that’s usually running all morning. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in the middle of a project with papers everywhere. It’s just how we work and how things have always been here.
