Hlical Spring Industries

Our workshop is at Shop No 15 in the Dada Estate, which is right by the Sanand Cross Road in Bhosari. If you are looking for us, we are quite close to Sai Palace, which is a big landmark around here. The Bhosari MIDC is a loud, busy place full of metal shops and small industries. We fit right in with the sound of machines and the smell of grease. Being at Shop 15 means we have a bit of a tight space, but we make it work by keeping everything in its place. We spend our days working on different types of springs, which is a bit of a niche thing, but there’s always someone needing a specific part. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings and the air is thick with the sound of clanging tools. It’s hard work and your hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We have a small corner with a desk where we handle the bills and talk to customers who drop in. Most of the people we deal with are from other nearby shops or factories in the estate. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy front office. It’s just a practical industrial shop where we do what we know. The traffic on Sanand Cross Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but that’s just part of being in this part of Bhosari. We’ve been here for years and know the estate well.
