We’re located at 255 A Jyotibanagar I.E. in Talawade, which is a bit of a drive for some, but we like it here. It’s an industrial area, so it’s never really quiet. Between the welding sparks and the heavy hammers, there’s always something going on. We have a fairly large space, but it always feels cramped because of all the stock we keep piled up. The office is just a corner partitioned off with some plywood and glass. We spend most of our day out on the floor anyway. The workers here have their own rhythm, and I try not to get in their way too much. We deal with a lot of heavy stuff, so safety is something we talk about a lot, even if the place looks a bit cluttered. The road outside gets pretty muddy when it rains, making it hard for the loaders to get in and out. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. Some of the neighbors have changed, but we’re still here doing the same things. It’s not glamorous work. It’s mostly just making sure the specs are right and the delivery dates don't slip too far. We don't have a big sales team. Usually, people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our sign in Talawade. It’s a steady life and we are happy with how things are going. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
