We are Hitech Seating Systems Pvt Ltd and our office is located at 86/B Patil Plaza. This is right at Mitramandal Chowk on Sarasbaug Road in the Parvati area. It’s a very well-known spot because of the chowk and the park nearby. We focus on seating, so our place is usually filled with different types of chairs—office chairs, stools, and other things meant for sitting. Patil Plaza is a busy building with a lot of other shops and offices, so there’s always people coming and going. We have been here for a long time and seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. The showroom isn't anything too flashy; it’s just a place to see the chairs and try them out. We have a small staff who knows a lot about how these chairs are put together. We spend our days assembling pieces, fixing things, or helping people pick out what they need for their office or home. It can get a bit cramped with all the boxes around, especially when a new shipment arrives from the factory. We aren't interested in being a big corporate entity; we just want to provide decent chairs to the people in Pune. It’s a regular job for us. We come in, do our work, and make sure the customers are taken care of without any fuss or complicated talk. This is our daily routine here.
