Hitec Hong Kong Co. is based in Pune at the Pragati Industrial Complex. We are in unit 23-A, which is part of the Kothrud Industrial Area. The address is 17/1B. Even though the name mentions Hong Kong, we are a local setup through and through. The Kothrud area has changed a lot over the years, but this industrial pocket still feels like the old days. Our unit is a practical space where we handle our technical business. It’s a bit cramped because we have a lot of equipment and parts tucked away in every corner. We don't have a fancy sign or a polished reception area. Usually, the door is open to let some air in while we work. The other businesses in Pragati Complex are mostly small workshops like ours, so there is a lot of noise from grinding and machines throughout the day. We have our routine. We come in, check the emails, and then spend most of the time working with our hands or checking the stock. We don’t go for big promotional events or anything corporate. We just do our work and talk to our customers like normal people. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit during the break just to get away from the noise. It is a simple, no-nonsense place where we just try to get the day's work done right.
