Hirco(Group Of Hiranandani Construction) Mumbai.

We are located over at Shreyas Heights Housing Society, specifically in Flat No. 4. This is right in Sukhwani Park, which is part of Pimpri in Pune. The building is on Plot No. 34/35. Although the name Hirco is tied to the Hiranandani Construction group in Mumbai, this office handles the day-to-day things happening right here in the Pune area. It's a residential building, so the office feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have a few computers set up and some filing cabinets pushed against the walls. Usually, it’s quiet except for the sound of traffic from the main road nearby. We spend our mornings checking on construction updates and talking to the site supervisors on the phone. Sometimes people from the society stop by just to say hello or ask about building maintenance. It’s not a large team, just a few of us making sure everything runs the way it’s supposed to. We keep a lot of blueprints and site maps rolled up in the corners. The flat is a bit small for all the paperwork we generate, but we manage. Being in Pimpri is convenient because we’re close to several of our project sites. We don't have fancy signs or a big reception desk. It’s just a place where we sit and do the hard work of managing buildings and keeping track of the construction schedules every single day.
