Hira Wavhal Foundation

We are located in Shingve, which is in the Ambegaon taluka of Pune district. The house number is 394. This is a rural area, so things are pretty quiet. It’s not like being in the middle of Pune city. There’s a lot of open space and the air feels different. The Hira Wavhal Foundation operates from this house. It’s a traditional setup, like many others in Shingawe. We don’t have a big office building. It’s just a part of the village life. You might see some livestock nearby or people working in the fields. The roads are a bit narrow in parts. House No. 394 is well known to the people living around here. We don't need fancy maps to find it. People just know. It’s a simple life in Ambegaon. We have our desk and our papers, and we do our bits from here. Sometimes it’s very quiet, especially in the afternoons when it’s hot. The house is sturdy and has been here for a while. We aren't trying to be anything big or flashy. We are just local people working in our own area. The Shingve community is small, and we are just another part of it. If you’re coming from the main road, you just head towards the village and ask for the Wavhal place. It’s straightforward. We spend our days here just doing the basic work needed for the foundation.
