We are out at Survey No-254 in the Tirumalla Industrial Estate. If you’ve been to Hinjewadi, you know it can get pretty crowded with all the traffic and the big trucks moving in and out at all hours. Fixitty Packaging Industriies Pvt. Ltd. is just one of the units tucked away here. It’s a lot of noise and boxes most days. We started this because there was a need for it, and we just kept going year after year. The floor is usually covered in scrap materials and someone is always running a machine or checking a long list of numbers. It’s hard work, and it gets really hot in the summer under the tin roof, but that is just how the industrial side of things goes. We don't have a front desk with someone waiting to greet you with a smile; it’s more of a place where you walk in and find someone covered in dust or looking at a clipboard. The team knows what they are doing and they don't need much supervision. We've been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve seen the estate change quite a lot as new factories come and go. Hinjewadi is always growing and getting more modern. We just stay in our corner and get the orders out. There’s no big secret to it. We just use the machines we have and try to make sure everything is packed right before it goes on the truck. It's a busy life here.
