We are tucked away in a spot that’s easy to miss if you aren't looking for it, specifically at the C/O-Vithal Kharat P. address. Hindustan Sanitaryware & Industries Ltd. has this small base here to cover the Pune region. It’s more of a residential-commercial mix around here, so it’s not too loud or overwhelming. Our office is basic. We have a few desks and some shelves with brochures and small samples of taps and valves. We spend most of our day talking to plumbers and builders who need stuff for their projects. Pune has a lot of new construction happening lately, so we stay pretty busy with orders. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small one to let people know they are at the right place. The office can get a bit cluttered with boxes of inventory, but we know where everything is kept. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work to keep things cheerful. It’s a small team here, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping load a small tempo with supplies. We don't pretend to be some big high-end gallery; we just sell sanitaryware and make sure people get what they paid for. It’s a practical life, and we like the community feel of Karve Nagar. It keeps us grounded while we go about our daily business and manage the shipments.
