Hindustan Marble & Granite

Hindustan Marble & Granite is located at 29/13 in the Marble Market. We are right on the Katrj Dehu Road Highway in Pune-46. Being in the marble market means there is always dust and the sound of stone being moved around. It is a very hands-on environment. Our office is tucked in among the slabs of stone. We spend the day showing people different types of marble and granite that we have in stock. It is not a clean or quiet job, but we enjoy the variety of materials we get to handle. The highway outside is always busy with trucks, which is good for moving our stock. We have been here for a while and have seen the market grow over the years. We do not have a fancy showroom; it is more of a yard where you can see the real thing. Our staff knows a lot about stone because they work with it every day. We just explain what the different pieces are and where they come from. Sometimes the weather makes the yard a bit messy, especially during the rains, but that is just part of the business. We focus on getting the slabs loaded and sent out to the customers on time. It is straightforward work with no secrets. People come to us because they know where we are on the Katrj Dehu Road. We don't really have a coffee machine, just a kettle for making tea when it gets cold or rainy. It's a tough job but we like it.
