We've been working out of our office at Plot No-22 in the Jeevan Housing Society for quite a while now. It’s right there in Yamunanagar Nigdi, Pune-44. Most people just know us as Hindustan Construction Company Pvt.Ltd. We handle various building projects around the local area. It’s not a fancy setup, just a regular office where we keep our files and meet with site supervisors to discuss what needs to get done for the day. Being in Sec-21 makes it easy for us to get to different sites across Pune without too much trouble. We spend most of our time dealing with cement, steel, and labor schedules. Sometimes things get a bit hectic, especially when the weather isn't cooperating, but we manage to keep the work moving. Our team consists of a few engineers and some office staff who've been with us since the beginning. We don't really do much advertising because most of our work comes from people who've seen what we build in the neighborhood. If you walk past the Jeevan Housing Society, you might see our sign or just some of our trucks parked nearby. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. We try to be straightforward about timelines and costs, even when there are delays that are out of our control. Building stuff is messy work and we don't try to hide that. We just focus on getting the structures up and making sure they're solid.
